Rep LoBiondo broke promise

Even though I am 11 years old and too young to vote, if I could vote, I would vote for the person who had the highest morals and the smartest brain. I definitely wouldn't vote for Rep. Frank LoBiondo, R-2nd, because he promised to be in Congress only for a certain number of terms, and he broke that promise, so all his morals went down the drain.
